This website displays pharmacological and genomic information of in house PDX models in Crownbio Bioscience Inc. The genomic resource includes the gene expression profiling, gene copy number, miRNA expression profiling, gene mutation and gene fusion information. The website also provides the PDX model selection function according to the users' search conditions.
